SM – Single acting spring return cylinders
- Capacity from 5 to 220 Tn, stroke up to 360 mm.
- Industrial general purpose cylinders.
- Strong spring for quick retraction, can be used in all positions.
- Collar threads, piston end threads and base holes, for accessory mounting.
- Hard chrome-plated piston with wiper seals to extend cylinder life.
SAH – Single acting aluminium cylinders, hollow piston
- Capacity from 22 to 100 Tn, stroke up to 250 mm.
- Lightweight hollow spring return cylinders. Over 40% weight reduction when compared with steel equivalent.
- Made out of high strength aluminium alloy.
- All aluminium parts are trated to improve resistance and extend working life.
- Fitted with steel base plate for wear resistance.
SSC – Single acting high tonnage cylinders, load return
- Capacity from 140 to 1.000 Tn, stroke up to 300 mm.
- Load return. For weighing, lifting and positioning applications in Civil Engineering.
- Hydraulic end of stroke overflow port. Red band warning. For mechanical stop ring see SPC models.
- Optional tilting saddles.
- For confined spaces and loads up to 150 Tn see SX and SP models
DDC – Double acting high tonnage cylinders
- Capacity from 50 to 1.000 tn, stroke up to 300 mm.
- For harsh conditions in both vertical and horizontal positions.
- Safety valve to prevent accidental over-pressure.
- Optional tilting saddles.
- On request, DDC cylinders can be supplied with threads or other special features such as lock nuts, sleeves, etc.
- Possibility of up to 2.000 Tn lifting capacity per cylinder.
DAH – Aluminium double acting hollow piston cylinders
- Capacity from 30 to 150 Tn, stroke up to 250 mm.
- For push and pull operations: Tensioning cables and bolts, pulling sleeves and bearings.
- Made out of high strength aluminium alloy.
- All aluminium parts are treated to improve resistance and extend working life.
- Light weight. Over 40% weight reduction when compared with steel equivalent.
- Fitted with steel base plate for wear resistance.

- Solid piston, spring return. Hollow piston also available SAH.
- All aluminium parts are trated to improve resistance and extend working life.
SP – SMP – Single acting low height cylinders, load or spring return
- Capacity from 10 to 100 Tn, stroke up to 150 mm.
- Two versions: SP for load return, and SMP for spring return.
- Low profile for use in confined spaces: machinery positioning, tool fastening, load tests.
- All models are black nitrated.
- Models from 30 to 100 Tn can mount optional tilting saddle.
SX – SMX Single acting low profile cylinders, load or spring return
- Capacity from 4 to 150 Tn, stroke up to 16 mm.
- Two versions: SX for load return, and SMX for spring return.
- For use in confined spaces: machinery positioning, tool fastening.
- With two parallel faces for horizontal operation.
- Mounting bolt holes for easy fixing.
STX – Single acting pancake cylinders, lock nut, tilting saddle, load return
- Capacity from 50 to 500 Tn, stroke up to 50 mm.
- Load return. Lock nut tested under 50% overload.
- The lock nut holds the load mechanically for long periods of time.
- Hydraulic end of stroke overflow port. Without stop ring.
- Built-in tilting saddle to improve side load resistance.
- Special coating as standard to improve corrosion and side load resistance.
TE-TD-Pull cylinders
- Capacity from 5 to 50 Tn, stroke up to 150 mm.
- T and TE models are spring return. TD models are Double acting.
- For pulling applications: to hook and join plates for welding, tensioning cables, etc.
- Rubber rod cover is not available.
DM Double acting production cylinders (Metric threads)
- Capacity from 4 to 23 Tn, stroke up to 260 mm.
- For carrying out push and pull operations.
- Black nitrated to improve corrosion resistance.
- Designed for long life in production applications.
- Big range of mounting accessories: flange, mounting block, nut, clevis eye. It is necessary the nut to fix the flange or the mounting block.
SH Single acting hollow piston cylinder
- Capacity from 12 to 100 Tn, stroke up to 150 mm.
- For push and pull applications: Tensioning cables and bolts, pulling sleeves and bearings.
- Body and saddle black nitrated to improve corrosion and wear resistance, except 12 Tn models.
- Hollow hard chrome-plated piston.
- Collar threads, piston end thread and base holes for easy fixing.
STC Single acting lock nut cylinders
- Capacity from 30 to 1.000 tn, stroke up to 300 mm.
- The lock nut holds the load mechanically for long periods of time.
- Load return. Lock nut tested under 50% overload.
- Hydraulic end of stroke overflow port. Without stop ring. Red band warning. Mechanical end of stroke as special.
- Body, nut and saddle black nitrided to improve corrosion and wear resistance.
D Double acting cylinders
- Capacity from 10 to 550 Tn, stroke up to 300 mm.
- For push and pull applications.
- For heavy duty applications, high precision and involving high cycle life.
- Guide and sealing system of highest quality.
- Internal safety valve to prevent accidental over-pressure.
DDA Double acting aluminium cylinders
- Capacity from 50 to 140 Tn, stroke up to 300 mm.
- Made out of high strength aluminium alloy.
- All aluminium parts are treated to improve resistance and extend working life.

J Cylinder – Pump Sets
- All sets include 2 m hose (AP2020), male coupler (AZ3120), pressure gauge (AV10007) and gauge adaptor (AZ1502).
- Available with manual pump or air hydraulic pump
Accessories Tilting Saddles
- AZ04 and new CATS tilting saddles.
- Highly recommended for its use with side loads.
- These saddles allow up to 5º tilt angle
Attachments for SM and D cylinders
- Base Plate: Provides stability when jacking.
- Mounting Block: Threaded to suit SM and D cylinder collar threads. Can be welded or bolted to provide cylinder mounting.
- Clevis Eye Body.
- Clevis Eye Piston.
- Tilting Saddle: Highly recommended for its use with side loads.
