M&R Hydraulics have been manufacturing bespoke hydraulic cylinders derived from our clients’ specifications for over 30 years.

Our cylinder design team works to identify the suitability of materials used in the cylinder construction dependent upon environment and end-user real world applications. We advise where necessary if standardised components can be incorporated into the final product, often enhancing performance and lowering overall material costs.

Having the ability to manufacture in-house from often very large billets into bespoke cylinder components at our dedicated cylinder workshop, eliminates the need for third-party outsourcing, reducing costs, turnaround timescales, which is conveyed to the end-user.
