Liebherr Type Grab Rams

M&R Hydraulics are continually asked to repair Liebherr type grab rams – especially 70 & 120 grab rams and therefore to assist our clients with fantastic turnaround timescales, we ensure we always have sufficient stock available to complete the refurbishment within 48 hours.

Typically we machine the new piston & eyelet from a single billet until the required dimensions are achieved – this avoids the need to weld the parts together & allows the cylinder shroud to fit accurately and provide additional protection for the rod.

Our grab ram repair service can dismantle Liebherr & other major cylinder manufacturers rams at our dedicated cylinder workshop & supply an assessment detailing the necessary steps to bring the cylinder back into as good as new condition.
