Vacuum Dehydrator Hire (UK coverage).

  • 1,000ltr to 30,000ltr +

  • Unicube to bulk oil tank

  • Offline to online operation

  • Ideal for hydraulic systems, turbine oils, gearboxes, lube oil systems & transformer fluids

At your disposal we have a range of seven high powered, fast acting vacuum dehydration units, readied & available for urgent deployment.

Simply draining and wasting the contaminated hydraulic oil and replacing it with new oil will not remove all of the contaminated water from all of the hydraulic system. But in case you do, any removed water contaminated oil can be dehydrated, reused and avoids any waste oil disposal costs.

All of our hire units are fitted with post filtration ensuring your oil is both clean & dry.

V10 Vacuum Dehydration Unit

Hy-Pro vacuum dehydrators can work with many systems and on most oils. Our Hy-Pro vacuum dehydration units cover a range of flow rates and are sized for small or large systems.

Hy-Pro vacuum dehydrators are designed for 24/7 unattended operation & utilize multiple condensate collection tanks and auto drain valves to ensure no system interruption.

Vacuum Dehydration Models & Estimate Water Removal Time By Model

This graph represents the estimated time required per model to removal water from 5000 ppm ( 0.5% ) down to 150 ppm ( 0.015 % ) for increasing reservoir sizes.

If you are experiencing problems with water in your hydraulic or lube oils, we can either process your contaminated oil at our facilities or arrange for a hire unit at your premises.

This short video through the condensate window shows water after separation & is collected in the condensate tank. In the foreground can be seen the automatic drain valve float – once the chamber is full the water is automatically dispensed allowing uninterupted 24/7 operation of the vacuum dehydrator.
